About the Role 

  • Lead the go-to-market strategy for Ingram Micro’s Microsoft and AI portfolio. Translate solution strategies into compelling messaging, sales plays, launch plans, and enablement assets that help sellers and partners take Microsoft and AI solutions to market globally. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Shape offer strategy, positioning, and value propositions for Microsoft Cloud, Security, Copilot, and AI solutions. 
  • Create sales kits, messaging, launch materials, customer presentations, and enablement content. 
  • Partner with Practice Leads, Services teams, and Microsoft stakeholders to bring new offers to market. 
  • Manage offer launches across countries and regions, ensuring seller readiness and partner adoption. 
  • Maintain a centralized library of approved GTM assets and sales resources. 
  • Gather customer, partner, and field feedback to continuously improve messaging and offers. 
  • Measure asset adoption, pipeline influence, partner activation, and launch effectiveness. 

Requirements 

  • 8+ years in software, cloud, or technology, including 5+ years in technical go-to-market, solutions, product marketing, sales engineering, or related roles. 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies including Azure, Microsoft 365, Copilot, Security, and AI solutions. 
  • Experience developing solution messaging, sales plays, enablement content, and launch programs. 
  • Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear customer value propositions. 
  • Experience working across sales, marketing, alliances, and regional teams in a matrixed environment. 
  • Strong written communication, presentation, and storytelling skills. 

Preferred 

  • Experience working with Microsoft, a Microsoft partner, distributor, MSP, GSI, or cloud marketplace organization. 
  • Experience launching cloud, security, AI, or SaaS solutions globally. 
  • Background supporting partner ecosystems and channel go-to-market motions. 

AI Fluency 

  • Active daily user of AI tools for content creation, research, and productivity. 
  • Ability to demonstrate Microsoft AI solutions and articulate their business value. 
  • Microsoft AI-900 certification expected within 90 days if not already held.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,000.00 - $197,200.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
