We are looking to hire a full-time Social Marketing Manager for DNAM Brands.
We are seeking a strategic, creative, and culturally connected Social Marketing Manager to lead Von Dutch’s social presence and creator marketing efforts across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
This role is responsible for translating brand campaigns, product drops, events, and cultural moments into compelling social experiences that grow awareness, engagement, and brand relevance.
Working closely with the Marketing, Events, and E-commerce teams, you will own Von Dutch’s social strategy from planning through execution—developing campaign rollouts, managing influencer relationships, overseeing content calendars, and measuring performance across platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who understands fashion culture, internet trends, creator marketing, and how to build a brand that feels authentic within today’s social landscape.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Von Dutch’s social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms
- Translate product launches, campaigns, collaborations, and events into platform-specific social marketing plans
- Identify cultural moments, platform trends, and creative opportunities that keep Von Dutch relevant and engaging
- Develop both long-term platform growth strategies and short-term reactive content opportunities
- Own social rollout strategies for product launches, seasonal campaigns, collaborations, and events
- Build and maintain structured social content calendars aligned with the overall marketing calendar
- Create campaign briefs outlining content needs, posting cadence, creator strategy, and launch timelines
- Partner with Creative, Marketing, and E-commerce teams to ensure social initiatives support broader business objectives
- Develop and manage Von Dutch’s influencer and creator marketing strategy
- Identify, recruit, and build long-term relationships with creators aligned with the brand
- Manage product seeding, gifting, paid partnerships, and creator communications
- Develop creator briefs and oversee campaign execution
- Track creator performance and identify opportunities to improve ROI and engagement
- Partner with the Content Creator to develop content concepts, shot lists, and creative priorities
- Ensure all content reflects Von Dutch’s brand identity while remaining platform-native and culturally relevant
- Guide content production around launches, events, and seasonal initiatives
- Identify opportunities for user-generated content, community storytelling, and trend participation
- Monitor platform performance including engagement, reach, impressions, audience growth, and conversion metricsAnalyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve future initiatives
- Stay current on platform algorithm changes, emerging trends, and competitive activity
- Present recurring social performance reports and strategic recommendations to leadership
- Oversee Von Dutch’s community engagement strategy across all social platforms.Maintain a consistent and authentic brand voice

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience managing social media and creator marketing for a fashion, lifestyle, streetwear, or consumer brand
- Demonstrated success growing social platforms through strategic planning and creative execution
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social platforms
- Experience managing influencer campaigns, product seeding, and creator partnerships
- Strong knowledge of content strategy, platform analytics, and social performance metrics
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across creative and cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of fashion, youth culture, internet culture, and social trends
