Job Description

This role is accountable for the Sales organization of our EPS business unit, leading the planning and high-performance execution of sales to our existing clients and future clients. This leader will oversee a high-performing sales organization, establish strategic partnerships, and deliver against aggressive growth targets.

This role will sit on both the Senior Sales Leadership Team and the EPS Leadership Team, ensuring alignment with the business and sales strategies. The role will be directly accountable for a team of 28 individuals, including various sales roles from lead generation, business development, account management, relationship management and sales support. The SVP will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, technology and customer success, to ensure alignment and maximize revenue opportunities.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic sales leader with a strong track record of success in enterprise sales, a deep understanding of the technology and financial services landscape, and the ability to foster a high-energy, results-driven culture.

Primarily Responsibilities & Deliverables:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for Experian Partner Solutions, aligning with corporate goals and driving significant revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and excellence in sales execution.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive new business development and customer acquisition efforts while expanding existing partnerships and identifying new revenue opportunities.
  • Partnership Development: Cultivate and strengthen strategic relationships with key partners and clients, ensuring that Experian remains a trusted and valuable partner.
  • Sales Operations: Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics, ensuring accurate reporting and the achievement of sales targets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, technology, customer success, and operations teams to ensure alignment in go-to-market strategies and execution.
  • Market Insights: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and keep the company at the forefront of the industry.
  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for their needs and ensuring that the sales team delivers exceptional value. 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years' experience leading B2B Sales teams in complex, enterprise sales environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to set commercial strategy while maintaining a strong bias for execution, accountability, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Expertise in sales process discipline and pipeline management, forecasting, and performance metrics.
  • Proven history of exceeding performance targets.
  • High energy, results-driven leadership style with demonstrated ability to inspire teams and foster a winning culture.
  • Ability to establish consultative relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Experience developing, implementing, and managing strategic sales initiatives that support long-term business growth.
  • Demonstrated success partnering across many internal functions to align priorities and influence outcomes.
  • Excellent executive communication skills, with the ability to confidently advise senior level executives.
  • Preferred experience selling white-label or partner-distributed products, with success measured by launched and scaled partnerships rather than new contracts signed.

Location

  • This is a US Remote position with regular domestic travel.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. This position is also eligible for a variable pay opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package.
