SENIOR TALENT ACQUISITION PARTNER - EL SEGUNDO, CA – ONSITE

We are seeking a driven and strategic Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. In this role, reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments, partnering with hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and hire exceptional talent. You will play a critical role in building high-performing teams that enable Skyryse to achieve its mission.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, people-focused, collaborative, eager to help, a creative problem solver and ideally have experience in start-up, aerospace or a related field. You will need to thrive in a fast-paced setting and work efficiently across various stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of Talent Acquisition programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce planning needs and build effective hiring strategies.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies and provide market insights to attract diverse and highly qualified talent, including leveraging social platforms, industry networks, and events.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams by providing market insights, competitive intelligence, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Drive an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Skyryse’s mission and culture.
  • Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system and generate regular pipeline/hiring reports.
  • Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvements across the talent acquisition function
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across technical, engineering, and corporate functions.
  • Educate and guide hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques, candidate evaluation and inclusive hiring practices
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes, workflows, and candidate pipelines within the ATS to ensure efficiency and data integrity.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in technology, aerospace, or high-growth startup environments.
  • Strong sourcing skills with knowledge of ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Proven success hiring for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using ATS platforms and recruiting tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient with Greenshouse & Gsuite or related software
  • Passion for aviation, technology, or mission-driven innovation is a plus.
  • Start-up environment experience is a plus

The posted salary range reflects the potential base pay for this role, adjusted to account for varying geographic markets. Final compensation will be based on factors such as your location, job-related skills, experience, and internal alignment, including equity and benefits.
