We're seeking a highly motivated and operationally excellent **ERP Sustainment & Integration Program Manager** to lead the post-implementation success of our ERP product suite. In this role, you will coordinate across internal tools development teams, ERP product owners, business process architects, and enablement teams to ensure seamless ongoing adoption, integration, and iteration of workflows across systems. You will serve as the connective tissue between technical and business functions, owning the long-term health and evolution of ERP-aligned processes in a fast-growing, mission-driven defense tech startup.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Own and drive the **post-go-live sustainment plan** for the ERP implementation, ensuring stability and incremental improvement.
- Be a integral component to the hypercare initiative immediately post-go-live and ensure a smooth transition into continuous sustainment
- Serve as the **central coordinator** across the enterprise systems product teams, business process architects, and adoption/enablement teams.
- Establish governance and workflows for issue tracking, triage, enhancement requests, and change management across business systems.
- Facilitate cross-team communication to ensure integrated, scalable, and flexible workflows across ERP and adjacent systems.
- Partner with technical leads to understand systems architecture and constraints and align enhancement roadmaps accordingly.
- Monitor adoption, identify gaps in enablement or training, and work with enablement teams to resolve them.
- Develop and maintain **KPIs and reporting** for post-implementation success, sustainability, and business impact.
- Monitor the performance of software products and proactively address potential issues before they impact users.
- Develop and maintain documentation for sustainment processes and procedures.
- Identify and implement improvements based on company priorities, user feedback, and performance metrics. Champion continuous improvement and iteration of ERP-aligned processes as business needs evolve rapidly.
- Ensure compliance, data integrity, and operational readiness for key milestones (e.g., IPO preparation, audits).
- Act as the main point of contact for escalations and complex support cases.
- Proven experience in building a sustainment or support model, preferably in the software industry.
- Strong systems thinking mindset: able to understand upstream/downstream impacts across tools and workflows.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with coordinating both internal stakeholders and 3rd party consultant resources
- Exposure to ERP, or equivalent large enterprise platforms, implementation efforts
- Experience in hardware development or operations-heavy industries
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with product management or software development, support, and deployment processes.
- Familiarity with defense technology and security practices
- Knowledge of Anduril products and services.
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
