We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Talent Acquisition to join our HR team as a Maternity leave cover for ~9 months.
Responsibilities:
- Manage E2E hiring processes in Israel and the US across all departments.
- Conduct screening calls and in-depth interviews via phone, video, and in-person.
- Source candidates and reach out to potential candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to support and identify recruitment needs.
- Work in collaboration with the placement agencies.
- Think and act in a data-driven approach to identify bottlenecks and constantly improve our recruitment processes.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from the first message throughout the interviews to closing.
Requirements
- +4 years of experience as a recruiter in a high-tech/startup environment (cyber/security is an advantage).
- End-to-End experience from kickoff through sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, conducting HR interviews, References checks, and closing candidates.
- Experience recruiting for both technical roles and go-to-market positions.
- Experience in global hiring in the US.
- Experience working with Comeet ATS is a must.
- Experience with relevant sourcing techniques (especially LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
- Ability to multitask and handle many requirements simultaneously.
- Results-oriented with a competitive drive for success.
- High level of energy, motivation, initiative, and professionalism.
- Organized, dynamic, and flexible to work in the US hours as well.
