About the Role
As an L&D Partner, you'll play a key role in driving learning that's impactful, innovative, and aligned to real business needs. You'll collaborate across teams and geographies to design and deliver growth experiences for Bobbers. But the real magic ? You'll be leading learning in a company whose very platform is designed to support and enable employee growth. That means your work is always relevant, your impact is amplified, and you'll often be the first to experience and experiment with new L&D -related features before anyone else. There's always something exciting on the horizon!
Job Requirements
Who You Are:

• Strategic and creative thinker with 5+ years of L&D experience (global experience is a plus)
• Strong communicator and collaborator who can lead and impact
• Experienced in leading and maximizing the use and effectiveness of diverse learning systems
• Proven experience managing global learning programs end-to-end
• Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines
• Curious, tech-savvy, and passionate about leading employee growth
