In this role, you will be responsible for proactively sourcing and engaging top talent through multiple channels while building strong candidate pipelines for key positions. You’ll lead and execute Silverfort’s employer branding strategy to attract top talent. You’ll create compelling content, including employee stories, behind-the-scenes insights, and recruitment campaigns, to showcase Silverfort’s culture on LinkedIn and other platforms. 


Responsibilities
  • Creatively and proactively source top-notch candidates for global and local positions via multiple sourcing channels and maintain a strong talent pipeline 
  • Partner closely with recruiters to create scalable sourcing strategies and meet business goals 
  • Conduct market research and stay informed about industry trends, talent landscapes, and talent-sourcing best practices 
  • Develop and execute Silverfort’s employer branding strategy to enhance visibility and increase brand awareness
  • Create and manage content for LinkedIn and other relevant platforms, including employee spotlights, company culture highlights, and recruitment campaigns

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Talent Sourcer, either in-house or at an agency, if you have both it is an advantage
  • High-level expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, and more
  • Passion for storytelling and building an engaging employer brand
  • Creative thinker as it relates to sourcing and recruiting passive talent
  • A collaborative team player with Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a positive mindset
  • Results-oriented, proactive personality with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew and English)
  • A positive “can-do” approach, resilience, and strong organizational skills
