The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Systems Design & Integration Specialist to join the team in Seal Beach, CA; Berkeley, MO; Hazelwood, MO; Chicago, IL; or Everett, WA.

Position Responsibilities:

• Act as workload manager for consultation requests submitted through any means (official Service Now requests, email requests, shoulder taps, etc.) with goal of having customers be comfortable with researching self-help articles and submitting requests through correct channels
• Gather customer feedback on processes and find ways to improve overall time to complete requests
• Incorporate feedback into regular daily activities utilizing Agile methodology, or Product Lifecycle Management processes

• Consult with customers (end-users) to gather requirements and identify if needs could be met with existing solutions or not
• Prioritize those requests to design, test, and implement a solution

• Work with appropriate product supplier for enhancements and issues not resolved in-house
• Choose appropriate computing products and methods to ensure requirements are met for security, problem management, capacity/performance management and operational management

• Be the single point of contact for Voice Services; build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and engineering teams
• Document and prioritize business requirements related to all non-standard voice service requests
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and acceptance criteria
• Define and maintain asset management standards for all voice infrastructure hardware (including servers), ensuring standards are consistent across the organization
• Review compliance criteria and collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure all infrastructure remains compliant
• Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for service quality, availability, and affordability; report status and trends to stakeholders and leadership
• Facilitate technical review boards, stewardship councils, and working groups to drive standards and policies
• Advocate for continuous improvement in processes and automation opportunities

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 5+ years of experience partnering directly with product, platform, engineering, or technical operations teams to self-evaluate within delivery environments
• 5+ years of experience demonstrating exceptional business, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• 5+ years of experience gathering and analyzing date

• Experience in asset management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 10+ years' experience as a data or business analyst
• 10+ years' experience in Networking (Cisco and Arista)
• 10+ years' experience in Telecommunications in an engineering role (IP and TDM; specifically; Cisco UCM, Cisco Unity, Nortel, and Avaya)

• 5+ years' experience deploying TSG standard solutions within classified areas
• 5+ years' experience with unclassified telecommunications in classified areas
• 5+ years' Experience with encrypted communications devices in classified areas
• Experience with various software tools (M365, MS Azure Devops, ServiceNow, CUCM administration, NetPlus administration)
• Experience with communication skills and being able to present complex data topics to business partners/stakeholders as well as technical audiences
• Experience creating procedure documentation for customized processes

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $136,850 - $197,800
