Collaborate with engineering, finance, contracts, and program management; ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, CAS, and TINA; support audits, negotiations, program baselining, and process improvement. Supports material cost accounts for defense satellite programs by developing forecasts, Estimates at Completion, earned value baselines, performance reports, and variance analyses. The role requires advanced Excel skills, EVM or COBRA experience, independent project leadership, and full-time onsite work.

Design and analyze satellite constellations using STK, orbital mechanics, coverage analysis, and system-of-systems trade studies. Evaluate scheduling and allocation of time, bandwidth, power, and storage resources across multi-vehicle systems. Integrate subsystem constraints, review code, use configuration management tools, develop visualizations, and present technical recommendations. The role is fully onsite in El Segundo and requires an active U.S. Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.
