We’re hiring a Senior Solutions Architect to drive technical engagement with NVIDIA partners, OEMs, and customers across NVIDIA AI Factory solutions, focusing on on-premises enterprise solutions. In this role, you’ll connect real-world customer workloads to NVIDIA’s hardware and software ecosystem, helping developers and enterprises adopt and scale our platforms. We’re looking for someone with strong technical depth who can serve as a trusted advisor, bridge complex challenges to innovative solutions, and grow into a strategic resource for the customers and partners you support. If you’re excited about applied technology and enabling others to succeed with advanced platforms, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor who understands complex or large-scale customer workloads and maps them to NVIDIA’s technology stack to achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Co-design advanced, scalable architectures with NVIDIA integration partners, select OEMs, and key end customers, defining technical direction, integration milestones, and deployment plans.
  • Engage hands-on with deep technical topics—designing, validating, and supporting solutions that enable customer success.
  • Identify gaps between customer and partner needs and NVIDIA offerings, communicating insights that shape internal product and engineering priorities.
  • Lead technical engagements, helping customers troubleshoot, resolve complex issues, and advocate for their technical needs.
  • Drive technical enablement and platform adoption, helping developers and enterprises integrate NVIDIA SDKs, frameworks, and systems.
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to ensure successful deployment and continuous improvement of NVIDIA solutions.
  • Become an authority who builds and shares knowledge and infrastructure insights for NVIDIA platforms.
  • Act as a resource to help tailor on-premises solutions to specific environments and workloads while balancing risk, performance, and supportability needs.
  • Be hands-on, and a voice of experience. This role is for those who thrive by gaining real experience and using that to help accelerate others.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Industry background spanning software/hardware engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, solutions architecture, or product management — with 3-5+ years of direct, hands-on experience in compute, networking, and storage hardware and software platforms.
  • Deep technical expertise in system management software, operating systems, system firmware, and all the hardware infrastructure that goes with it when deployed at scale, with a track record of driving product integrations and contributing to software and hardware platforms, systems, and libraries.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, from engineers to C-level executives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and a commitment to helping customers succeed.
  • A track record of balancing empathy for partner and customer needs with the ability to drive complex product decisions through trusted relationships.
  • Hands-on experience with deploying, using, and operating on-premises AI-focused solutions, including system architectures, rack-scale firmware, cluster management software, workload management software, and the associated hardware that underlies it. If you are motivated by sharing how hardware, firmware, and software all work together to build a platform, this is the role for you.

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:

  • A hands-on technical expert and problem solver who can clearly describe solution paths for complex challenges.
  • History of enabling customers and/or partners to successfully adopt NVIDIA technologies and platforms.
  • A technical vision that influences product and engineering decisions and drives production outcomes.
  • Real-world experience with cluster management tools (e.g., NVIDIA Base Command Manager, MaaS), workload orchestration software (e.g., Slurm, Kubernetes).
  • Practical knowledge of system and rack-scale hardware, such as BMCs, PCIe communication, network topologies, and how they all interact.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
