What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a product-focused Senior Software Engineer, Applied AI, who is passionate about building and integrating real-world applications of large language models into Maybern’s products. You’ll play a key role in bringing AI applications to life on Maybern’s products by designing, building, and shipping features that deliver real value to our users.

This is a high-impact, high-ownership role with the opportunity to shape the future of AI at Maybern as we scale.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver full-stack AI features from concept to production

  • Build the systems and components needed to run and improve AI models in production environments

  • Build internal tools that increase the effectiveness of our AI and broader engineering teams

  • Create evaluation frameworks to measure our AI features' accuracy and reliability

  • Proven experience delivering full-stack AI solutions, especially those leveraging LLMs in production environments

  • Are experienced designing and building backend systems and infrastructure to power AI-enabled products

  • Have a strong pulse on the rapidly evolving AI landscape

  • Are obsessed with details and excited to "get into the weeds"

  • Thrive in high growth, fast-paced environments, and can adapt to change

  • Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or a related field
