Maybern is transforming the way private fund managers effectively manage their funds through cutting edge technology. Maybern is founded by top engineering experts with deep knowledge of the fund management space.
Private funds manage $15T in capital and are growing at 20% YoY, but with increasing regulatory scrutiny and investor demands for transparency, the need for world class software to help private fund CFOs is crucial.
This is where Maybern comes in.
We are equipping fund managers with intuitive, flexible fund management software, enabling private investment managers to focus on what they do best: driving returns for their investors. We are backed by leading venture capital firms and a large number of strategic investors.
Maybern is an NYC based company with a strong in-office culture to drive collaboration, and we are looking to make strong additions to our team.
What We're Looking ForWe’re hiring a GTM Strategy & Operations Associate to build the connective tissue between Product, GTM, and Revenue Operations. This role will sit at the center of how we communicate product value internally, scale onboarding, and operationalize knowledge across Sales, CS, and Implementation.
You’ll support cross-functional initiatives that blend product fluency, enablement design, and go-to-market systems, helping reps ramp faster, stay aligned with our product direction, and operate more effectively. Just as importantly, you’ll deliver and reinforce that knowledge in a way that helps teams truly absorb, retain, and apply it in the field.
This is a unique opportunity for someone with a background in consulting, customer-facing roles, strategic ops, or enablement who’s ready to step into a broad GTM-facing role with visibility and impact.
What You'll DoRun Strategic GTM Initiatives: Support special projects like certification frameworks, sales process mapping, pricing rollouts, and win/loss analysis.
Create & Maintain GTM Resources: Develop and maintain a clean, accessible library of enablement materials — including talk tracks, workflows, battlecards, objection-handling guides, and more.
Build and Scale Onboarding & Training Programs: Design and deliver live and async learning experiences that help Sales, CS, and Implementation team members deeply understand our product, processes, and customer needs.
Deliver & Reinforce Core Enablement: Facilitate engaging training sessions and ongoing reinforcement. Help reps not just access content — but learn, retain, and apply it. Adapt delivery to different learning styles and team needs.
Support Product Enablement & Launches: Work with Product and Marketing to translate product updates into clear, actionable messaging and guidance for GTM teams.
Partner Across Functions: Work cross-functionally with Product, CS, Implementation, Marketing, and RevOps to ensure go-to-market teams are aligned, effective, and supported.
Measure & Iterate: Track adoption and impact of enablement efforts. Use performance data and team feedback to iterate and improve over time.
Technical Skill and Knowledge: You are an expert or are seeking to become an expert in your area and seek ways to improve your craft
Adaptability: You adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions, effectively coping with complexity and change, and thrive as a self-starter who takes initiative without needing much direction
Communication: You speak and write clearly and concisely, collaborate across functions effectively, and maintain open lines of communication
Delivery & Impact: You consistently produce high-quality work that drives measurable outcomes and meets or exceeds expectations
Results-oriented: You prioritize tasks, overcome obstacles, and ensure deliverables are met with quality and efficiency
Have 2–5 years of experience in GTM Strategy, Enablement, RevOps, Consulting, or high-performing GTM roles
Have experience building or supporting onboarding, launch enablement, or field training, even informally
Possess a strong teacher mindset - you don’t just deliver information; you design learning experiences that drive understanding, retention, and action
Possess strong attention to detail and project management skills: ability to prioritize, manage multiple initiatives, and execute autonomously
Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging live & virtual training sessions, facilitate discussions, break down complex sales processes and products into clear actionable insights, and present confidently to diverse audiences
Are comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Experience in fintech, fund services, or private markets is a plus
