The Security Integration Lead drives integration, delivery, and operational excellence for critical programs within CDW's Global Information Security organization. You will partner with security leadership and business stakeholders to execute global initiatives and support strategic goals.

* Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field and 7 years of experience in technical program management or project management, preferably in a large-scale and complex environment, OR 11 years of experience in technical program management or project management, preferably in a large-scale and complex environment.
* Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with and present to stakeholders, including senior leadership, and create clear, concise, persuasive documents, reports, and presentations.
* Ability to clearly articulate project requirements, expectations, and status updates; facilitate productive discussions; resolve issues; and support decision-making.
* Demonstrated track record managing complex programs and leading cross-functional teams across multiple time zones and countries.
* Experience leading cross-functional working groups, steering committees, and workshops to drive alignment and consensus in an engaging, collaborative way.
* Demonstrated experience in operational process improvement, measuring program effectiveness, and using agile practices.
* Strong track record of high-quality delivery in a fast-paced environment.
* Track record of balancing multiple priorities while adapting to changing business needs.
