About the role

The Senior Project Manager supports the execution of cross functional and external technical launches across the Center for Data and Insights organization. This role requires hands-on coordination across teams and global partners. 

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects from initiation to closure.
  • Manage cross-functional project teams including developers, engineers, QA, and business stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
  • Coordinate resource allocation and actively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and risks clearly to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate requirement gathering, scope definition, and change management processes.
  • Ensure technical solutions meet business needs and quality standards through collaboration with technical leads.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts where applicable to support project delivery.
  • Continuously improve project management processes and tools to enhance team productivity and outcomes.
About You
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in streaming, entertainment, or content management
  • Strong analytical expertise and change management experience
  • Experience with partner relations and content distribution
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Asana, Airtable, Lucidchart, Excel, Google Suite).
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Inclusive, global mindset and cultural awareness.
The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll’s Total Rewards offerings for employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, employer matched retirement savings, time-off programs, and progressive health benefits and perks.
