About the role

Crunchyroll Strategic Sourcing is hiring a Manager, Procurement to lead our global P2P process and vendor operations, supporting SVOD, eCommerce, and other lines of business. You will manage a small team, administer and optimize Coupa (including Analytics and vendor onboarding), and maintain critical integrations with NetSuite for payments, finance, and accounting processes. 

  • Manage, document, and enforce Global Procure-to-Pay policies and procedures across all regions and business units.
  • Oversee requisition intake, purchase order review, change orders, and other contract documents, ensuring correct spend categorization and alignment with commercial terms.
  • Ensure accurate and timely vendor onboarding, supplier master data management, and compliance with tax/regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with Accounts Payable to ensure receipt verification, 2-way and 3-way matching, and invoice processing in alignment with payment terms.
  • Oversee quarterly purchase order closure activities.
  • Maintain and optimize the Coupa–NetSuite integration for POs, invoices, coding, and payment runs.
  • Manage and coach a team of procurement/vendor operations specialists, setting priorities, tracking both team and supplier KPIs, providing performance feedback, and escalating issues when targets are not met.
  • Lead educational sessions for business units on procurement processes, system usage, and compliance requirements.
  • Act as the primary P2P subject matter expert for stakeholders across Legal, Finance, AP, and Operations.
  • Identify, initiate, and deliver process improvements and system enhancements to drive efficiency, compliance, and automation.
  • Build and maintain Coupa Analytics dashboards for spend visibility, supplier performance, exception tracking, and cycle times.
  • Develop and present executive-ready procurement and spend reports for leadership.
  • Enforce contract terms, manage disputes, and resolve inaccurate invoice issues with vendors.

As the Procurement Manager you will report to the Director of Procurement and work a hybrid schedule. We are considering candidates who can work from our Los Angelas office. 

About You
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or P2P operations
  • 2+ years of people management experience within procurement or vendor operation
  • Hands on experience in vendor onboarding and lifecycle management
  • Proficiency with Coupa (beyond end-user level)
  • Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis
  • Experience working in a global environment with vendors in LATAM and/or EMEA 
  • Strong vendor negotiation, sourcing, and reporting capabilities
  • Experience training business users on procurement processes and implementing policies while maintaining strong, positive relationships with stakeholders

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll’s Total Rewards offerings for employees.
