About the role

The Center for Data and Insights, Global Business Analytics team is looking for an experienced Data Analytics Senior Manager with a passion for understanding data, creating engaging visualizations, tracking business trends and storytelling. You will focus on delivering actionable insights at the holistic business level and to executive/senior management teams from Marketing, Finance, Commerce, Operations, and other departments.

You will:

  • Act as a strategic thought partner to stakeholders across the business, helping them frame questions, identify opportunities, and interpret insights to drive better decision-making.
  • Partner closely with global internal teams to build strong relationships, align on trends, and manage analytics-related priorities.
  • Develop certified dashboards and impactful presentations that translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Use creative and analytical thinking to connect data into cohesive insights that inform holistic business decisions.
  • Provide guidance on best practices in Tableau and enable teams to maximize the tool's capabilities.
  • Uphold a high standard of analytical rigor and exceptional service across all levels of the business, navigating roadblocks and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Leverage complex databases, OLAP engines, data warehouses, and data lakes through SQL or SQL-like tools.
  • Lead the development of weekly insights decks for leadership by synthesizing cross-functional input, tracking goal progress, and highlighting the business impact of key initiatives.

In the role of Data Analytics Senior Manager, you will report to the Senior Director, Data Analytics.

About You
  • 10+ years of experience with data analysis, advanced analytics, statistics, experimentation, and optimization
  • 5+ years of experience with SQL
  • 3+ years experience in python
  • 5+ years managing small team 3 to 5 people
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience with Tableau
  • Experience in Subscription analytics is a plus
  • Experience building compelling and actionable presentations/visualizations directed at an executive level audience
  • Experience defining KPIs, statistical and predictive modeling concepts, descriptive statistics, and experimental design
  • Experience working with large datasets (Terabytes of data/ billions of records)
  • Experience working across a globally matrixed organization
  • BS in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll’s Total Rewards offerings for employees.
