Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion portfolio and product management methodologies across business and IT teams, promoting a product-centric mindset.
  • Develop and maintain an 18-month strategic roadmap, aligning IT initiatives with business priorities and driving outcome-based planning.
  • Lead improvements to the IT project intake process and facilitate effective prioritization of requests based on strategic goals.
  • Create and deliver C-suite reporting dashboards to communicate portfolio health, performance, and key initiatives.
  • Ensure accountability across business PMO and IT Product Owners for roadmap execution, prioritization, and delivery quality.
  • Proactively identify and resolve execution risks, and influence stakeholders to adopt new processes and achieve portfolio objectives.

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience (7+ years).
  • 4+ years of experience preferred with IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and program management of cross-functional initiatives.
  • 4+ years of experience preferred with DevOps methodologies and Product Lifecycle Management.
  • Hands on experience in Release Management and strategic roadmap development.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and Jira.
  • Strong background in deployment planning, stakeholder collaboration, and technology-driven project execution.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Formal certification in project or portfolio management (e.g., PMP, PfMP) and strong familiarity with IT financial management principles.
  • Proven success driving initiatives in complex, ambiguous environments, with a focus on process improvement and delivery efficiency.
  • Experience in the telecommunications or satellite industry, with a strong grasp of SDLC and testing methodologies.
  • Skilled in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experienced in conflict resolution and stakeholder alignment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Comfortable presenting to and engaging with C-suite executives, translating technical initiatives into strategic outcomes.

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
