- Affinity Program Strategy and Planning:
- Develop a comprehensive program strategy, including target partner identification, engagement models, revenue-sharing structures, and customer opt-in mechanisms
- Define clear program goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success metrics
- Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform program development
- Partnership Development and Management:
- Identify, cultivate, and onboard strategic institutional and non-profit partners
- Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure alignment with company policies and legal requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, fostering strong and collaborative relationships
- Develop and implement partner communication and support strategies
- Operational Framework and Implementation:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Legal, Product, IT) to establish the necessary operational infrastructure and processes for the program
- Oversee the development and implementation of tracking and reporting mechanisms for partner referrals and revenue sharing
- Work with product teams to define and implement the customer opt-in functionality
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies
- Program Monitoring and Performance Management:
- Track program performance against established KPIs and success metrics
- Analyze program data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Develop and present regular program updates and performance reports to stakeholders
- Implement data-driven strategies to optimize program effectiveness and ROI
- Stakeholder Management and Communication:
- Effectively communicate program goals, progress, and results to internal and external stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure program success
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in partnership programs and community engagement
- Identify opportunities for program enhancements and innovation
- Lead initiatives to improve program efficiency, scalability, and impact
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Philanthropy, or a related field. MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in program management, partnership development (including non-profits), or business development, preferably within the telecommunications or technology industry
Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing successful partnership programs, ideally involving revenue-sharing models
- Strong understanding of non-profit organizations and community engagement principles, including regulatory and compliance requirements
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute detailed project plans, manage budgets, and track progress
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Experience working with CRM and partnership management platforms is a plus
- A passion for creating positive social impact and fostering community engagement
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in developing customer opt-in or affinity programs
- Familiarity with the wireless telecommunications industry and its competitive landscape
