Our Wireless Technology team is transforming the future of connectivity by building and enhancing the country's first virtualized, standalone 5G wireless network from scratch. Job Duties and Responsibilities
Wireless Network Engineering leads architecture, design and implementation of cloud, datacenter, access, backbone, systems, automation and security of the network infrastructure used to provide connectivity to towers and between core locations. We lead through research, development, technology innovation and solution engineering. Our teams play a vital role in connecting voice and data subscribers to the wireless core products and platforms of tomorrow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of technical scrum masters to drive high performance
- Define program strategy and agile transformation roadmaps for network engineering
- Facilitate cross-functional decision-making to deliver network solutions that enable business growth
- Oversee WNE scrum for all projects from ideation to launch and ongoing support
- Align delivery schedules to ensure timely and successful solution deployment
- Lead preparation for weekly project updates to communicate initiative progress, mitigate risks, and continuously improve execution processes
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- BA/BS in a technical or business discipline: information systems, engineering, computer science, information technology or business administration
- Minimum 4 years of leadership and staff management experience
- Minimum 8 years of program management experience
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Agile processes and methodologies with strong organizational and communication skills
- Self-motivated with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a distributed environment
- Capable of balancing future planning with current project delivery in a fast-paced setting
- Experience managing projects using Jira within the telecommunications industry
- Preferred: Master's degree, experience with MVNOs, 5G network products, and leadership in both corporate and startup environments
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $127,050.00/Year - $175,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
