About the role
 
We are looking for a talented Senior Product Manager to spearhead the internationalization of our Global Bank Account product and features. You will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the product strategy for the Account Bundle in new geographic markets. Your responsibilities will include creating product requirements, supporting discovery processes, and building regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with both internal and external senior stakeholders and our engineering team to transform customer experiences globally. Currently, we operate serving over 100 million customers in 3 operations and your work will involve creating and launching Account products and features - from debit cards to savings experiences - for new markets and closely coordinating with various internal and external teams to adapt our services to these new regions.
 
You will be responsible for
  • Understand the infrastructure of the new country to define requirements and key decisions to be made
  • Support the engineering team on the implementation of specific projects in a new country
  • Work with external teams to discuss and define adaptations needed on services/flows for the new country
  • Benchmark digital banks in the new country to get references and improve our product
  • Participate in the customer discovery process
  • Deep dive on technical discussions with eng team regarding our platform solutions
 
We are looking for a person who has
 
  • Expertise in product strategy, market research, and roadmap development.
  • Ability to gather requirements and translate user needs into product specifications.
  • Proficient in data analysis, KPI definition, and using analytics tools.
  • Strong technical understanding and communication with engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer empathy and advocacy for great user experiences.
  • Effective organization, time management, adaptability, and resilience.
  • Collaboration and teamwork skills to foster a positive environment.
