About the Role

We are seeking a results-oriented Senior Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of AI-powered workflow platform capabilities for our SaaS B2B platform. This role focuses on driving intelligent, automated, and scalable AI Agent platform that can be utilized by engineering teams to build out AI solutions within the product. As the product owner, you will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI-powered workflow platform & solutions, and content management system (CMS). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative capabilities that enable our B2B clients to improve efficiency and achieve better business outcomes.  The key responsibilities are identified in the sections below:

Product Ownership:

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ driven workflow platform capabilities, including CMS within our SaaS B2B platform.  
  • Own integrations with 3rd party workflow and automation partners.  
  • Align product initiatives with customer needs and business objectives, focusing on driving measurable client outcomes such as increased efficiency and reduced operational costs.  
  • Accountable for the delivery of product initiatives, bridging technical and business requirements from end to end. 

AI/ML Expertise:

  • Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to build and refine AI-powered workflow solutions, such as intelligent task routing, automated decision-making, and predictive analytics for process optimization.  
  • Stay abreast of the latest AI/ML trends and technologies relevant to workflow automation and optimization.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with research, design, engineering, and data teams to deliver high-quality features and enhancements.  
  • Communicate product vision and updates effectively to internal stakeholders, gathering feedback and driving alignment.

Compliance & Scalability

  • Ensure all workflow capabilities meet data privacy, compliance, and ethical standards relevant to B2B use cases. 
  • Design solutions that scale for enterprise clients with large user bases and complex workflow requirements.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 1 year in AI/ML or data-driven product areas.  
  • Proven success in managing products that automate and optimize business processes.  
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML principles, including machine learning algorithms, predictive analytics, and process optimization techniques.  
  • Experience with highly regulated products and financial services is desired.  
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in using data to inform decision-making.  
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.  
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).  
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
