The Senior Producer will manage high-level content production, maintain client and artist relationships, and support creative teams in a collaborative environment.
Brand New School is seeking a Senior Producer for a full-time hybrid role at our Los Angeles studio. With ~65 employees across the United States, we are a tight community of talented artists and producers with one common goal - making great work.
Responsibilities
- Producing high-level content on-budget and on-schedule.
- Establishing flawless agency, client and artist relationships.
- Providing creative teams with the resources and environment to produce exemplary work.
- Problem solving and creative thinking that will enable creative teams to thrive
- Maintaining detailed actualizations of all projects.
- Managing the expectations of clients and creatives.
- Interpreting client direction and clearly communicating it to creatives.
- Producing multiple jobs simultaneously.
Qualifications
- 6+ year of experience producing design driven work: motion graphics, VFX and CG
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality control
- At ease with working and learning in a collaborative and creative environment
- Proven ability to meet the creative challenges associated with producing exceptional work while satisfying the demands of clients
- Extensive experience managing artist in post workflows and software: 2D, 3D, live action / VFX integration, After Effects, Maya, Nuke, Cinema 4D, Photoshop, Premier, and Flame (an ability to operate these software packages is NOT required)
- Strong problem solving skills, so you can solve issues that naturally arise in production.
- Exemplary written and oral communication skills. Specifically, the ability to ask the appropriate questions of your clients so you can provide guidance to your creative team.
- Adhering to schedules while allowing the time needed for the creative process to play out.
- Strong knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Docs, Excel, Word.

Salary Range
$100,000 - $135,000
Brand New School attracts a team with unique skillsets and varying levels of experience. The salary range provided is broad and will be refined during the interview process.
