The Opportunity
Adobe's Marketing Strategy and Communications organization is seeking a Senior Manager to implement and coordinate operational and planning processes that streamline workflows and drive efficiencies of scale.
This role is critical in helping the team partner closely with key stakeholders across the Global Marketing Organization on key priorities that that scale impact the impact of MSC and move the company closer to achieving its goals. The ideal candidate will be a critical and strategic thinker and an operations management expert with a background in marketing, communications, or business operations and proven success solving complicated process problems. Strong influencing skills, the ability to develop strong relationships and communicate at all levels will be key to success in this role.
What you'll Do Marketing Strategy
- Drive key transformational and strategic marketing initiatives by developing repeatable and scalable processes and successfully execute complex, transformational, cross-functional initiatives.
- Partner with the MSC Strategy and Operations leader to define business requirements and develop an operational roadmap that allows the organization to scale and anticipate needs for the future.
Planning and Operations
- Partner with key stakeholders to implement planning process improvements and drive operational consistency across the organization.
- Establish a consistent reporting framework across teams for accurate and real-time performance reporting. Drive regular performance reviews and quarterly business reviews.
What you need to succeed
- 8 years of experience in a marketing, communications or business operations role.
- Motivated, strategic, execution oriented.
- Experience managing multiple streams of work concurrently while applying excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage and drive through competing priorities and ambiguity.
- Proven leadership and experience in identifying, prioritizing and solving broad and complex operational issues.
- Ability to develop strong relationships and communicate at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $98,800 -- $192,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
