About the Role

The Senior Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for marketing automation, analytics, website operations and process improvements. This role is key in driving data-driven decisions and scalable growth strategies. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, data-driven and focused on continuous performance optimization to support revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the marketing tech stack, ensuring seamless integrations and system efficiencies
  • Oversee website operations and collaborate with marketing, design and engineering teams to drive website updates, optimizations and performance improvements
  • Develop and refine data-driven marketing strategies, leveraging analytics to support pipeline and revenue growth
  • Ensure accurate data flow from campaigns to attribution and reporting frameworks by standardizing campaign operations and maintaining best practices in data governance
  • Create and maintain marketing automation workflows and nurture campaigns to engage prospects and customers throughout the buyer's journey
  • Build and manage marketing dashboards, reports and KPIs to track performance and support data-driven decision-making
  • Own the marketing-to-sales handoff process and lead recycling to maximize funnel efficiency
  • Support the development and execution of account-based marketing (ABM) and outbound operations, including helping launch and scale the program
  • Continuously analyze marketing data to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased operational efficiency
  • Ensure data integrity and perform regular maintenance and enhancements of marketing datasets
Requirements
  • 6+ years of Marketing Operations experience in B2B SaaS
  • Expert HubSpot admin and advanced Salesforce user
  • Experience with other martech platforms like RingLead, SalesLoft, Showpad, Demandbase and ZoomInfo
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools – Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is a must
  • Strong understanding of lead management processes and marketing automation best practices, including list management, optimization, data quality and hygiene, and troubleshooting
  • Deep passion for data and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to distill insights from data to drive future strategies, with proven experience in maintaining data accuracy and quality
  • A bias for action and  rolling up your sleeves to get things done on our dynamic team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field

Preferred

  • Experience working with channel marketing and sales teams
  • Experience running and reporting on ABM and outbound motions
  • HubSpot certifications
  • Salesforce administrator certified
