What you’ll do
- Define and execute Fuel’s marketing strategy
- Run Fuel’s social media presence across @fuel_network, @BuildOnFuel, and @SwayLang, including daily scheduling, posting, and ecosystem amplification.
- Coordinate and oversee freelancers and contributors producing research, threads, and other content; provide briefs, review drafts, and ensure quality.
- Drive campaigns around major launches, managing timelines, assets, and stakeholder approvals.
- Ensure brand voice consistency and editorial quality across all content and channels.
- Collaborate with design agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver campaign assets and creative.
- Manage marketing tools and subscriptions and liaise with partners/agencies on deliverables.
- Report on campaign progress and social media performance during growth calls.
Who you are
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in crypto, fintech, or startups.
- Familiarity with Twitter/X and crypto-native content culture.
- Strong editorial instincts: able to proof, polish, and adapt content for different audiences.
- Comfortable managing freelancers and juggling multiple projects on tight timelines.
- Organised and proactive, with experience using Notion, Slack, and other collaboration tools.
- Excited by fast-moving launches and ecosystem storytelling in web3.
- Bonus: experience working at a Cex, Dex, Perps.
