The Sui Foundation is committed to three decentralization principles; Embrace transparency and level the playing field, Communicate openly to build a culture of trust, and Engage directly with the community.

Mission:

Onboard the next billion users to web3 by supporting the advancement and global adoption of the Sui blockchain.
Vision:
To create a better world that unlocks opportunities through universal access and individual ownership.

The Role:

We’re looking for a highly strategic, organized, and results-focused Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to join our global marketing team. This role is ideal for a proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at orchestrating multi-channel campaigns—from organic social and content to paid acquisition and earned media—to drive product and developer adoption and community engagement. You’ll partner closely with Product, DevRel, Partnerships, Events, Design, external agencies, and other cross-functional teams to lead launches and campaigns to achieve marketing and business objectives.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing and go-to-market plans for major launches and campaigns, including defining target segments, messaging, channel mix, timelines, and success metrics.

  • Create detailed project trackers for each campaign or launch, monitor milestones, manage dependencies, and ensure on-time delivery across cross-functional teams (i.e., product, design, content, DevRel).

  • Ensure consistent objectives and messaging across marketing channels, including owned (website, email, blog), earned (PR, influencer outreach), paid (digital ads, sponsorships), and shared (social media, partnerships).

  • Maintain the weekly content and launch calendar for press releases, partner and product announcements, campaign and event launches, ongoing promotions, and evergreen content.

  • Partner with the content marketing team to ideate on content types and formats, and help oversee the production of brand and campaign assets (i.e. blogs, whitepapers, videos, graphics, email sequences), ensuring brand consistency and messaging across all channels.

  • Own strategy and execution for Sui’s organic social channels (Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Discord announcements, etc.), including content calendar creation, post scheduling, and community engagement. Monitor social analytics, iterate on post frequency and format, and optimize social strategy and execution to align with goals.

  • Support the planning and management of marketing events, including all promotional and amplification efforts.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their goals, align marketing efforts with their needs, and provide the resources and support necessary for their success.

What you'll bring:

  • 7+ years of integrated marketing or similar experience and can demonstrate previous ownership of large, multi-channel product and campaign launches.

  • Proven success managing organic social channels to grow followership and drive engagement.

  • Exceptional project management skills with a track record of coordinating complex launches that involve many stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

  • Strong written and verbal communication: Able to translate concepts into concise messaging that follow brand guidelines and narratives. Confident in communicating expectations and timelines in documented plans and with stakeholders.

  • Deep, practical understanding of owned, earned, paid, and shared marketing channels, and how to leverage each across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.

  • Data-driven mindset: experience setting objectives and KPIs, analyzing performance, and iterating efforts based on insights.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to co-create content and align on launch strategies and execution.

  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment and can influence stakeholders without direct authority.

  • Bonus: Familiarity with blockchain fundamentals and developer and builder audiences.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
