Overview

CoreWeave is scaling to meet the demands of the next technological leap: the AI ecosystem. As Senior Manager, Market Research & Intelligence, you will build the market intelligence foundation that fuels smarter targeting and faster go-to-market decisions. You will size addressable markets, track competitive share, and surface the account- and buyer-level signals that tell sales and marketing exactly where to focus.

Your work will directly shape how CoreWeave prioritizes market segments for growth, accelerates campaign targeting toward accounts that are ready to buy, and strengthens worldwide brand awareness and consideration against key competitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and analyze results from brand, audience, and customer research programs, translating findings into actionable insights.
  • Develop research and measurement frameworks for new / emerging audience and platform discovery channels, including Generative AI / LLMs.
  • Develop and drive ongoing maintenance and validation of the Total Addressable Market (TAM), Serviceable Addressable Market (SAM),  aligned with CoreWeave's target segments.
  • Track market share against key competitors to inform competitive positioning, market prioritization, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Identify buyer groups by use case — the personas with the greatest purchase influence over AI workload spend — and translate market-level insight into actionable targeting criteria.
  • Partner with Brand, Product Marketing, and Product Engineering to scale competitive insights across the organization.
  • Disseminate actionable segment / account signals to DG, Field Mktg, and Sales.
  • Deliver periodic segment and TAM updates via dashboards, and push account targeting signals into marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Drive adoption of ongoing market intelligence across campaign teams to inform GTM strategy and decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills

Must-have:

  • Marketing strategy and GTM strategy experience in a B2B environment.
  • Executive-level narrative development with synthesis of insights and recommendations.

  • Survey-based and hypothesis-based research methodologies.
  • Econometric modeling, planning, and forecasting experience.
  • Vendor management across the research/intel portfolio.

Nice to have:

  • Dashboard visualization design, prototyping, and development.
How Success Is Measured

  • Enhancing CoreWeave brand awareness and consideration vs. competitors.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
