Job Summary:

The Senior Manager of Business Process Development is an executive-facing leadership role responsible for shaping the strategic direction, governance, and execution of business process technology solutions across the organization. This position provides enterprise-level leadership to the data engineering and software development functions, aligning priorities, resources, and technical capabilities with broader business objectives. The role is accountable for advancing the organization’s digital infrastructure, strengthening data integrity and scalability, and driving high-impact improvements that enhance operational performance, decision-making, and long-term business value. This leader will also identify, evaluate, and strategically incorporate artificial intelligence capabilities to accelerate innovation, improve process effectiveness, and enable responsible, value-driven transformation across the enterprise.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Business Process organization and executive leadership to establish the strategic vision, investment priorities, and roadmap for the product portfolio and its integration across enterprise business systems
  • Engage cross-functional leaders to evaluate business needs, translate operational priorities into scalable technology solutions, and enable enterprise process transformation
  • Serve as a senior liaison across departments, building alignment between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure effective prioritization, governance, and execution
  • Establish direction and governance for enterprise data management, storage, and stewardship practices to support scalability, compliance, and informed decision-making
  • Champion the evolution of platforms, tools, and technical practices in alignment with emerging technologies, industry standards, and long-term business capability needs
  • Provide strategic leadership in the evaluation, adoption, and governance of artificial intelligence solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational readiness, data integrity, and responsible use standards
  • Provide strategic leadership, organizational direction, and resource stewardship for the Business Process Development team to ensure execution excellence, talent development, and alignment with enterprise priorities
  • Build and sustain a high-performing organization by mentoring team members, developing emerging leaders, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Sciences
  • 7+ years of experience working in a similar role
  • 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible management or leadership roles
  • Background in database architecture, data mining, and business intelligence
  • Experience with database driven, web-hosted applications
  • Strong background in statistical analysis
  • Experience in relational databases and complex SQL queries
  • Demonstrated success leading technical organizations, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and delivering complex initiatives with measurable business impact
  • Basic knowledge of budgetary process

Benefits

The starting pay range for this position is $103,000 - $124,000 per year however, base pay offered may vary depending on the level of the position, skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
