- Reconciles mileage and expense reports for multiple District Managers
- Makes travel arrangements for District Managers as needed
- Assists with coordination of special events, provides logistical support such as room reservations, catering, etc.
- Prepares routine documents, reports and other correspondence for the District Managers in a timely manner
- May handle confidential and sensitive information
- Files department records/documents according to established guidelines
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 1 years of Experience in Administrative role
