Ready to be a Titan?

We're looking for a Senior Manager, Property Care & Pest Go-to-Market to own how we bring our products to market and fill the pipeline that drives revenue. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Product, setting go-to-market strategy, owning the full-funnel demand generation motion, and driving the inbound pipeline. You'll lead largely through influence, working day-to-day with the channel teams inside Demand Generation, Sales leadership, Product, and RevOps to turn strategy into a predictable, scalable pipeline engine.

What you'll do:

Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Own and evolve the go-to-market strategy for the ServiceTitan FieldRoutes and Property Care products, aligning positioning, target audience, and launch plans across Marketing, Sales, and Product
  • Own product marketing and positioning, partnering with Product Management to translate roadmap input into go-to-market plans with clear owners, timing, and success metrics
  • Set the cadence and framework for launches, campaigns, and market or segment expansion

Full-Funnel Demand Generation Strategy

  • Own the demand generation strategy end-to-end, from top-of-funnel awareness through lead and opportunity creation.
  • Build and manage the pipeline plan and demand gen budget against revenue targets, forecasting and reporting on funnel performance
  • Influence the channel and program mix,  in partnership with the in-house teams that run paid media, content, email, SEO/GEO, web, and social, to improve pipeline efficiency and lead quality

Inbound Pipeline Generation

  • Own inbound pipeline generation as a core KPI, setting targets and building the campaigns, content, offers, and nurture programs that drive qualified inbound volume
  • Partner with RevOps on lead scoring, routing, and SLAs so inbound leads convert efficiently
  • Monitor and report on inbound funnel health (volume, conversion, velocity) and course-correct in-quarter
  • Report pipeline and inbound performance to senior leadership on a regular cadence

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Work day-to-day with the Demand Generation channel teams, paid media, content, email, SEO/GEO, web, and social,  to brief, prioritize, and align programs to the GTM and pipeline plan
  • Partner with Sales leadership on pipeline coverage, lead quality feedback, and campaign-to-close alignment
  • Partner with Product on launch timing, feature positioning, and beta or early-access programs
  • Partner with RevOps on funnel definitions, attribution, forecasting, and the systems and process that support demand gen reporting

What you'll bring:
  • 3-5 years in demand generation, growth marketing, or go-to-market roles, including experience owning full-funnel strategy and pipeline targets, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • A track record of building and scaling inbound pipeline programs and hitting pipeline or revenue targets
  • Experience leading go-to-market strategy and product launches in partnership with Sales and Product
  • Strong cross-functional leadership, able to align and drive execution across channel teams, Sales, Product, and RevOps without direct authority over all of them
  • Strong communication and executive presence to report results to leadership
  • Fluency with funnel metrics and attribution, and comfort building and defending a pipeline plan with data
  • Experience managing or mentoring people, or leading cross-functional pods, is a plus
Nice to Have
  • Experience marketing to or working within recurring, subscription-style home and field services verticals,  pest control, lawn care, or pool and spa is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with vertical SaaS or field service management software

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
