Own the full post-sale customer journey for Virtual Agents, including onboarding, configuration, activation, adoption, optimization, retention, and ROI demonstration. Run tailored product demonstrations, monitor usage metrics, troubleshoot configuration and booking issues, triage support requests, and provide customer feedback to Product. Partner with GTM, marketing, and implementation teams to improve onboarding playbooks and feature adoption.

Manage the Ads product and platform lifecycle, define AI strategies, drive measurement and insights, and lead a PM team for performance marketing.

Lead design and execution of global compensation, bonus and equity programs; build modeling, tools, and enablement for offers, budgets, and manager/employee compensation visibility; partner with Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition and business leaders to align pay-for-performance, ensure compliance and market competitiveness, and scale compensation architecture across regions.

Leads enterprise workforce planning within People Operations, building headcount, capacity, demand forecasting, and scenario models. Partners with FP&A, HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders on workforce costs, budgeting, governance, and recruitment strategy. Develops scalable data infrastructure, dashboards, reporting, and planning processes while translating complex workforce analytics into executive recommendations and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.

Sell Aspire's SaaS products to prospective landscaping customers, manage pipeline and forecasts, meet monthly and quarterly quotas, record all activity in CRM, present value propositions, negotiate contracts and pricing, prospect and build stakeholder relationships, attend occasional tradeshows, and travel as needed to close business.

Lead end-to-end execution of compensation cycles, conduct market analysis, design compensation programs, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity and efficiency in compensation strategies.

Coordinate sponsors, exhibit house vendors, booth design, revenue tracking, on-site operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a high-impact, revenue-driving attendee experience.

Lead the long-term technical vision and architecture for ServiceTitan's iOS platform. Design scalable mobile frameworks, define data access patterns via GraphQL, champion TCA, adopt Apple platform capabilities, integrate AI-assisted developer tools, drive cross-org alignment, mentor senior engineers, and set engineering standards for code quality, performance, testing, and extensibility.

Design, build, and maintain enterprise integrations and automation using Workato (primary) and middleware. Architect REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, batch and event-driven workflows, and integrate ServiceTitan, Workday, Salesforce, and ERP systems. Monitor and support integration operations, lead vendor projects, implement AI/ML API-driven processes, produce documentation, and contribute to integration platform architecture and governance.

Manage long-term success of enterprise and franchise accounts by building relationships, coaching users, driving product adoption, gathering usage intelligence, leading onboarding and escalations, analyzing engagement KPIs, and collaborating with product and support to improve customer outcomes and evangelism.
