Senior Associate, L&E Litigation - Orange County
MHS is seeking an experienced attorney to defend wage and hour class and PAGA actions. Candidates must have significant experience litigating wage and hour class and PAGA claims and must have excellent writing and legal analysis skills. Attorneys work collaboratively as a team on class and PAGA matters, and the expectation is for a senior associate and/or senior counsel to be able to provide meaningful contribution to strategic decision-making and handling of advanced tasks.

Salary: $190,000 - $300,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications- 5+ years of wage and hour litigation experience, including significant class and PAGA litigation
- Active California State Bar admission
- JD degree from an ABA accredited law school
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong legal analysis and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong organizational, time-management, and project-management skills
