It’s an exciting time to join HiBob. Salesforce is leading a $166 million investment in the company, supporting our vision to bring trusted people context into the AI-powered enterprise. As we accelerate our product, technology, AI, and innovation roadmap, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape what comes next.
HiBob is looking for a Senior Global Technology Partner Marketing Manager to shape how we go to market with the technology companies that extend the power of Bob and help our customers build a connected, best-in-class HR tech ecosystem.

Our Technology Partners bring complementary solutions into the Bob ecosystem, connecting critical systems and data to create more seamless workflows and stronger experiences for our shared customers. This role will own the global marketing strategy for that ecosystem, from how we position the joint value of Bob + our partners, to how we activate partnerships across markets, create demand, and turn our technology ecosystem into a meaningful driver of pipeline and growth.
This is a senior, highly autonomous role for an experienced technology partner marketer who can operate at the intersection of ecosystem strategy, product marketing, and demand generation, and build the frameworks that allow us to scale all three globally.
What success looks like:
You’ll help turn HiBob’s Technology Partner ecosystem from a collection of valuable integrations into a globally coordinated go-to-market engine. And critically, HiBob will be able to clearly see which Technology Partner investments are creating customer value, demand, pipeline, and commercial impact—and scale what works.

What you'll do
Shape the global Tech Partner strategy: Own the global marketing strategy for HiBob’s Technology Partner ecosystem and Bob Marketplace, defining partner, market, and investment priorities. Build scalable frameworks and playbooks that create global consistency while enabling relevant regional activation.

Turn integrations into compelling joint stories: Partner with Product Marketing, Product, and Technology Partners to define joint value propositions, positioning, use cases, and differentiation. Translate technical integrations into clear customer stories that show why our technologies are more valuable together.
Build go-to-market programs that create demand: Develop strategic plans with priority partners and turn them into repeatable, integrated GTM programs across launches, content, digital, ABM, events, thought leadership, customer stories, and partner channels. Evolve the Bob Marketplace as a discovery and commercial channel that increases integration visibility, adoption, and measurable pipeline.
Orchestrate globally and optimize for impact: Partner with global and regional Partner Managers, Sales, and Marketing leaders to translate strategy into locally relevant execution across North America, EMEA, and APJ. Own measurement, prioritization, and investment decisions using pipeline, engagement, adoption, and ROI to determine where to scale, optimize, or shift resources.
What you'll bring
  • Must be physically located on Eastern Standard Time. If in the NYC area, must be willing to work a hybrid schedule (2x a week in office).
  • 7+ years specifically in Partner Marketing, with significant experience marketing with Technology, ISV, Marketplace, Integration, or ecosystem partners.
  • Strong Product Marketing expertise and demonstrated ability to understand two technologies, identify where their value intersects, and translate that into differentiated customer-facing positioning and joint GTM strategy.
  • Experience owning partner marketing strategy across multiple regions or global markets, balancing global consistency with regional relevance.
  • Demonstrated success developing integrated partner campaigns that contribute to qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Experience building GTM strategies around technology integrations, marketplaces, APIs, complementary SaaS solutions, or connected technology ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS customer journeys and how integrations and technology ecosystems influence acquisition, adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Experience partnering closely with regional marketing organizations and coordinating campaigns across multiple markets, teams, and priorities.
  • Ability to establish partner segmentation and prioritization models and make informed decisions about marketing investment.
  • Strong analytical and commercial instincts, with experience using pipeline and performance data to adjust strategy and allocate resources.
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership. You can align Partner Managers, Product Marketing, Product, Sales, Demand Generation, Customer Marketing, and regional Marketing teams without relying on direct authority.
  • Strong executive communication skills and the ability to turn complex technology and ecosystem strategies into clear narratives, recommendations, and action.
  • High degree of autonomy. You identify what needs to happen, challenge existing approaches, establish structure where it doesn’t exist, and drive work forward.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
