With a team of 70+ professionals across four offices, we support 120+ deals annually, partnering with a select group of investment banks, premier middle-market private equity firms, and their portfolio companies.
THE ROLE
We now are looking to strengthen our M&A team in Minneapolis with a Senior Financial Analyst.
This is a unique and dynamic opportunity in a multi-faceted, growing business. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing financial analysis, modeling, and business process support and advisory in client engagements. This position will also serve as a consultant and liaison to our clients on software implementation engagements.
- Lead data collecting, organization, and profiling tasks
- Manage Analyst resources on execution team
- Support client DD efforts with financial modeling, analysis, and data reviews
- Lead work product timeline execution (monitoring, tracking, delivery)
- Support the implementation of key business processes with clients
- Analyze operational and financial data to provide insights into clients’ business performance
- Lead preparation and delivery of client presentations regarding performance, findings, and recommendations
- Assist on due diligence - and financial modeling for internal acquisition targets

WHAT YOUR RESUME SHOWS
While we’re looking for some specific experiences and skillsets, nothing is more important than a
strong can-do attitude, resilience in the face of change, and a passion for learning and creating. Some of the things you might bring to the role include:
· Undergraduate B.S. Degree – emphasis in Accounting & Finance
· 2-3 years of relevant professional experience
· Certifications: CPA, CFA, or CMA
· Proficient in key third party technologies (e.g. MS Power Platform, MS Powerpoint, MS Word, Alteryx, etc.)
· Strong technical financial skills (e.g. financial statement preparation/composition, audit, planning & budgeting, etc.)
