System1 is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who will be responsible for driving key processes as part of System1’s corporate finance team. Primary responsibilities include presentation and analysis of key financial and operating metrics at the corporate and product level, leading the close and forecast processes, performing analysis for current business lines, supporting new initiatives, providing support for monthly

reporting packages, helping with corporate planning, as well as managing ad hoc projects.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for monthly operations review, ensuring accuracy and consistency of financial and operating results, and understanding the key drivers of budget, forecast, and monthly variances
• Maintain financial models and lead P&L forecast process, focusing on key historical and predictive business drivers
• Present monthly results to business owners, covering financial trends and key business metrics with detailed explanations of budget variances
• Provide ad hoc and ongoing analytic support to business owners, including building financial models to support growth in existing business lines and new initiatives
• Assist with the annual budget, monthly and quarterly reporting packages, and other corporate reporting and planning
• Build and maintain consistent forecasting, modeling, and reporting processes across the business lines and at the corporate level

Qualifications

• 3+ years of financial planning and analysis experience
• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or related field - MBA preferred
• Team player with strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of accounting principles
• Financial modeling experience
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Good communication skills
• Online advertising experience a plus
