We are now looking for a dynamic business leader to grow our Semi-Custom products business. This is a leadership position where you will drive strategic direction and investments for NVIDIA over multiple years. Success in this role will be contingent upon your ability to forge strong relationships and build trust with executives and individual contributors across multiple organizations within NVIDIA and with lead hyperscaler customers. You will lead the go-to-market for our Semi-Custom products business across the entire partner ecosystem and directly with end-customers.

What you'll be doing:

  • Identify, develop and close design wins with lighthouse customers.

  • Develop partners strategy, select top partners, develop partner engagements and relationships, and match to lighthouse accounts.

  • Define semi-custom offering per customer/partner and lead a matrixed team across product, sales, architects and engineering teams.

  • Promote the semi-custom product offering externally and internally.

  • Build a robust opportunity pipeline with segment sales and account teams.

  • Track and drive the quarterly business reporting.

What we need to see:

  • A technical and commercial university degree (or equivalent experience).

  • 18+ overall year of experience driving business development of networking datacenter products.

  • 7+ years of experience managing an organization.

  • Experience closing strategic silicon design wins with hyperscalers

  • Track record of launching and growing new product offerings through partners.

  • Detail oriented and comfortable multitasking in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and changing requirements.

  • Can present complex marketing and technical content to executives at NVIDIA, our partners and customers.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Product and business development leadership experience with leading datacenter networking suppliers.

  • Intimate understanding of datacenter architectures, products, and operational tradeoffs

  • Familiarity with datacenter architectures for AI Factories.

  • Foundation knowledge of high-performance networking technologies, Ethernet datacenter switch, high-performance compute, RDMA over Ethernet, generative AI, LLMs, GPU accelerated computing, Network SerDes, In-network Compute, CXL

  • Technical knowledge of NVIDIA products and services.

Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. The cash compensation range is 320,000 USD - 488,750 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
