How You'll Make an Impact
  • Direct strategic leadership and financial analysis for senior management to advance Spectrum's business planning objectives
  • Develop and implement finance strategies aligned with organizational goals by delivering comprehensive analysis and recommendations
  • Analyze and refine departmental policies and procedures, ensuring updates and effective distribution
  • Oversee budget and forecast functions, including model development and reporting to support business objectives
  • Act as a liaison with the Business Planning team, supporting monthly financial summaries and trend forecasting
  • Manage complex data management processes by reviewing, analyzing and providing solutions to department leadership
  • Lead and support a team responsible for gathering and validating business requirements across all opportunity-to-cash order flow activities
  • Assign projects and monitor continuous improvement for Business Planning Analysts, ensuring effective performance
  • Ensure thorough analysis of interdependencies and risks related to new products, processes or technologies
  • Direct departmental analysis of costs and metrics to inform executive decisions

Required Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience

Experience
  • 10+ years of accounting, business planning or finance experience
  • 7+ years of management experience
