How You'll Make an Impact
- Actively support efforts to enhance the customer experience by conducting daily on-site security operations, including access control, patrols, alarm response, mail screening, critical incident response, and incident investigations.
- Identify and report security vulnerabilities and safety issues, creating and updating incident reports as necessary.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal business partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Adhere to Spectrum's policies, Integrity Policy, and Code of Conduct when handling sensitive or confidential information.
- Ensure quality service and adherence to policies and procedures, while maintaining and utilizing team equipment.
- Become proficient in Spectrum security platforms and technology, conduct required security training and assist with special events and other duties as needed.

Required Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
- 2+ years of Customer Service in the retail or hospitality sector
License
- Must possess a valid Driver's License, have access to reliable transportation
- Ability to register with state and local authorities as a security guard
- Ability to provide, upon job offer, a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated
