Role: The (Senior) Director of Brand Marketing will be a crucial part of our leadership team, responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and execution of Aventon's brand marketing initiatives. This position reports to the CEO and will oversee brand marketing team ensuring our message resonates with our target audience and aligns with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies, including positioning, narrative, and consistency across all touchpoints.
- Lead go-to-market strategies, including launch timelines, cross-functional collaboration, and execution excellence.
- Oversee brand content creation, storytelling, and KOL partnerships to drive engagement and awareness.
- Design and execute omnichannel marketing plans, integrating online and offline platforms.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and ensure cost efficiency.
- Plan and execute impactful brand campaigns to elevate brand visibility and equity.
- Leverage data analytics to optimize strategies, set KPIs, and measure performance.
- Manage external agencies to ensure creative alignment with brand objectives and execution quality.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of brand marketing experience with a proven track record in leading successful campaigns and product launches.
- Expertise in brand marketing, integrated marketing, and GTM strategies.
- Exceptional leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience managing budgets and agency partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Extensive experience or strong interests in Cycling or Outdoor industry.
