Senior Data Analyst - NIKE RETAIL SERVICES INC - Memphis, TN. Drive analysis of planning and operational performance data to identify key insights and opportunities to improve distribution centers (DC) operations efficiency; design, build, and apply visual tools based on partner requirements to help provide insights to operational partners; conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic top-to-top discussions with both key internal and external partners such as strategic customers, carriers/vendors, and internal leadership; develop and maintain DC Planning focused data architecture for consumption and reporting; create and automate reporting and insights at scale that informs and influences business decisions; deploy quantitative research, casual inference and predictive models to understand and optimize drivers of growth and performance; build and deploy forecasts and report business key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior leadership and partner with the stakeholders to deliver relevant analysis and insights; apply expertise with business partners to collaborate with key partners to understand requirements, drive knowledge into action and support data driven decision making; and document and communicate systems/analytics changes to the business, translating complex functionality into business relevant language. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, HI, MT, NC, ND, SD, VT, and WY. 

 

Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Information Technology or Business Analytics and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in an analyst-related occupation.  

Experience must include: 

  • Data analysis 

  • Data Visualization using Tableau 

  • Data cleansing 

  • Data modeling using Alteryx 

  • Data migration 

  • SQL 

  • Snowflake 

  • Miro and Lucid Chart
