The next generation of cloud and AI innovation depends on getting the right computing capacity to customers when and where they need it. Azure is transforming that experience for enterprise customers and fast-growing AI teams, moving from complex, reactive processes toward a simpler, more predictable, and scalable way to plan and deliver capacity.
You will join a transformation team working across some of Azure’s most complex operational and customer challenges. The team identifies friction, brings structure to ambiguous problems, and develops better ways to work through improved processes, automation, data, and decision frameworks. You will help turn those improvements into durable capabilities that allow Azure teams to move faster and deliver a more consistent customer experience.
As a Senior Customer Experience Program Manager, you will own programs that improve how Azure understands customer demand, makes capacity decisions, and delivers computing resources. You will partner across engineering, product, finance, capacity management, and operations to identify customer and business needs, analyze operational challenges, recommend a path forward, and translate that direction into solutions that can be implemented and sustained.
You will succeed by bringing structure to ambiguity, using data and customer insights to make sound tradeoffs, and helping teams move from recurring or manually intensive work toward clearer, faster, and more scalable ways of operating. This opportunity will allow you to develop deep business and technical expertise across cloud capacity, customer demand, product development, finance, and large-scale operations. Strengthen your ability to lead complex cross-functional programs and translate ambiguous problems into clear recommendations and measurable outcomes. Build experience designing scalable processes, automation, reporting, and decision mechanisms that improve customer and operational outcomes.
