About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Experience

Qualified is the leading Agentic Marketing Platform for B2B pipeline generation, and our AI SDR Agent, Piper, sits at the center of it. As our Senior Customer Marketing Manager, you'll own customer marketing end to end, turning customer results into stories that help sellers win, from a sales conversation to a Dreamforce stage.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Own the customer story pipeline: identify customers with strong results and distinctive use cases, partner with account teams to validate each opportunity, secure participation, prepare interviews, and write and publish the resulting stories
  • Turn every story into reusable assets, including landing pages, social copy, slides, and internal promotions, and keep the customer story page and featured logos current with the strongest brands and proof points
  • Recruit and prepare customer speakers for events ranging from webinars to Dreamforce, owning outreach, prep documents, and coordination through the event, then convert each appearance into promotional content
  • Build relationships and secure approvals to feature customer brands in product demos at events worldwide, helping audiences see Piper in a real customer context
  • Expand the roster of customer stories beyond technology, finding advocates in new industries to show how Qualified drives value across different businesses
  • Maintain a reliable database of customer advocates, product adoption, and approved use cases so executives and teams can quickly find relevant customers and capabilities like Piper Video and Piper Email
  • Maintain customer story slides and deal win slides for enablement and live deal cycles so teams can tell a relevant, credible customer story
  • Partner with the Salesforce customer marketing team to bring Qualified customers into larger activations and make our stories accessible through the channels Salesforce sellers already use

You're Our Person If...

  • You have 6+ years in customer marketing, customer advocacy, or a related B2B SaaS marketing role
  • You have a track record of sourcing customer stories and managing customer relationships from first outreach through publication or event appearance
  • You have excellent writing and interviewing skills, and can find the compelling angle in a customer's experience and turn it into a clear story
  • You have strong project management skills and can keep multiple stories, approvals, assets, and events moving at once
  • You use sound judgment when working with customers, account teams, executives, and brand approvals
  • You take a collaborative approach to working across Sales, Customer Success, Events, Product Marketing, and corporate customer marketing teams

Even Better If...

  • You're familiar with Salesforce
  • You have experience building customer advocacy programs at scale

Unleash Your Potential

When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
