About the RoleAs a Senior Customer & Content Marketing Manager at Vetcove, you'll own the content and programs that keep veterinary clinics informed, engaged, and connected to Vetcove. From introducing new features and sharing customer success stories to developing educational resources for pet parents, you'll help our customers get more value from our products.
You'll partner closely with Product, Customer Success, Growth, and external partners to turn product updates, clinical expertise, and customer insights into useful, engaging content. You'll manage projects from idea through launch, including writing communications, coordinating video production, building our case study program, and creating thoughtful ways to recognize our clinic community.
This is an ideal role for a strong writer and organized project owner who enjoys both creative work and hands-on execution. You'll have the opportunity to build new programs, shape how Vetcove communicates across its products, and create resources that make life easier for veterinary teams and pet parents.
What You'll DoOwn Clinic Communications: Plan and write communications about new features, offerings, and product updates, helping clinics understand what's changing and how to take advantage of it. Maintain a consistent content calendar and voice across clinic communications.
Build Our Case Study Program: Identify compelling customer stories, interview clinics, capture measurable results, and produce case studies for our website, sales materials, and marketing campaigns.
Lead Clinic Engagement Programs: Develop and manage programs that recognize and reward our clinic community, including swag, food deliveries, and other thoughtful gestures. Own the budget, vendor relationships, logistics, and execution.
Create Pet Parent Educational Content: Build a library of short, practical videos and supporting resources covering topics such as medication administration and at-home care. Manage scripting, coordination with veterinary subject matter experts, production, and review to ensure content is accurate and easy to understand.
Bring Content Into Our Products: Partner with Product to make educational resources available through Vetcove's Home Delivery and practice management platforms, including CRM communications, mobile experiences and other clinic touchpoints.
Develop Partner Content: Collaborate with manufacturers and supply chain partners to turn product expertise into useful educational resources for clinics and pet parents.
Build Scalable Content Processes: Create content playbooks, templates, and an organized resource library that help teams find, reuse, and maintain approved content. Establish clear workflows for content requests, review, publishing, and updates.
Support Vetcove's Brand Presence: Help shape Vetcove's voice across our website, social media, and external announcements, creating content that reflects our values, personality, and clinic community.
Measure and Improve Results: Track content engagement, usage, and customer feedback to understand what's working. Use those insights to refine communications, improve educational resources, and prioritize new initiatives.
5+ years of experience in customer marketing, content marketing, or community marketing, ideally at a B2B software or healthcare company
Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to make complex topics clear and adapt content for veterinary teams, pet parents, and partners
Experience taking content or marketing programs from initial concept through launch, with direct responsibility for execution
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, vendors, and review processes
Experience producing video content or coordinating production, including scripting, working with subject matter experts, and managing external creators
Strong relationship building skills and comfort collaborating across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and external partners
Sound editorial judgment and attention to detail, including knowing when content requires expert input or review
Comfort using engagement data and customer feedback to evaluate and improve your work
Ability to work independently, bring structure to new initiatives, and balance creative ideas with practical execution
A genuine interest in veterinary care and creating content that helps clinics and pet parents succeed
Experience in animal health is a plus but not required

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is: $100,000/year - $140,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations. For Colorado, the salary range is: $110,000-$130,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. This salary range is a good faith estimate of what Vetcove may pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, and experience. The range reflects the base hourly rate or annual compensation (as applicable), and does not include bonus, equity or other incentives.
