We're hiring our first dedicated Finance Systems Support team member to help build and scale our Finance Systems organization. As the Senior Business Systems Analyst, you'll own the day-to-day administration, support, and optimization of NetSuite and our broader Finance Systems ecosystem, including Coupa, Avalara, FloQast, Workato, and other integrated platforms.
You'll partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, and IT to ensure our business systems remain stable, compliant, and scalable. While operational support is a core responsibility, you'll also contribute to automation initiatives, system enhancements, and cross-functional projects that improve business processes and user experience.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, improving processes, and growing into ownership of increasingly strategic initiatives.
Finance Systems Administration
- Administer and support NetSuite across Finance modules including GL, ARM, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Lease Accounting, Procurement, and Charted (SquareWorks).
- Support adjacent Finance Systems including Coupa, Avalara, FloQast, CoStar, Workato, and related enterprise applications.
- Configure and maintain workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, custom records, forms, and user roles.
- Monitor system and integration health, troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend improvements that enhance performance and user experience.
- Support application upgrades, release management activities, regression testing, and production deployments across the Finance Systems landscape.
Business Systems Support
- Own day-to-day Finance Systems support operations, including intake, triage, prioritization, and resolution of production issues while meeting established service levels.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and Supply Chain to resolve business-critical issues and support month-end and quarter-end close.
- Manage master data including subsidiaries, vendors, locations, inventory, tax codes, currencies, and GL accounts across a global multi-subsidiary environment.
- Support inventory operations including RMAs, assembly builds, item fulfillment, inventory adjustments, and warehouse transactions.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate system enhancements prior to production deployment.
Compliance & Operational Excellence
- Administer user access, roles, approval workflows, and delegated approvals.
- Support SOX controls including access reviews, Segregation of Duties, change management, and audit evidence using Fastpath.
- Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and system documentation that improve operational consistency and audit readiness.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements that reduce manual effort and improve system reliability.
Projects & Automation
- Partner with the Support Team to deliver business system enhancements, integrations, automation initiatives, and cross-functional projects.
- Independently own smaller projects from requirements gathering through testing, deployment, documentation, and post-production support.
- Contribute to automation initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes using workflows, AI tools, and integration technologies.
- Support testing, release readiness, validation, and post-production monitoring for new releases, enhancements, and enterprise application implementations.
- 5-8 years of NetSuite Administration experience.
- Strong experience administering NetSuite in a multi-subsidiary, multi-currency environment.
- Hands-on experience with ARM, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Lease Accounting, Procurement, and Workflow configuration.
- Experience configuring workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, custom records, forms, and security roles.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
- Experience supporting SOX compliance, access controls, change management, and audit activities.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience supporting NetSuite, Charted (SquareWorks), Coupa, Avalara, FloQast, CoStar, Ramp, Workato, or similar Finance applications.
- SuiteQL or SuiteScript experience.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar to improve documentation, troubleshooting, and operational efficiency.
- NetSuite Administrator Certification.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

The base salary range for this role is $153,000 to $204,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
