ProArch is in search of a Senior Healthcare Business Analyst with extensive experience in healthcare systems and data analysis. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and documenting business requirements, analyzing healthcare data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of effective healthcare solutions. Your insights will drive enhancements and help optimize clinical workflows and operational processes.
Your primary responsibilities include translating business needs into actionable requirements and ensuring stakeholder understanding and adoption. You will facilitate communication among clients, management, technical teams, and end-users to promote collaboration and efficient solution development. Additionally, you will oversee project deliverables, ensuring solutions meet functional, regulatory, and industry standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to compliance will help maintain organizational integrity while driving innovation and effectiveness.
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare domain.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, workflows, and terminology.
- Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) systems and health information exchange (HIE).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH).
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in Agile methodology and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
