Senior Associate - ServiceNow Developer 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITAM modules, including Asset Management, Software Asset Management, and Hardware Asset Management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design and implement workflows, business rules, and data models to optimize asset management processes.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and tools to streamline asset tracking and reporting.
  • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Maintain and update documentation for developed solutions and processes.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of the ITAM features.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow updates and best practices, and recommend enhancements to improve functionality.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong focus on IT Asset Management.
  • Strong understanding of IT asset management principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow APIs.
  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow ITAM applications, including Discovery and Software Asset Management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams.
