Position Summary
To be successful, you will work as part of a team to optimize pharmacy/MAC prices, implement MAC prices as needed to meet pricing commitments and requirements, perform quality control processes, develop reports, and perform other tasks as needed to support business needs. You will collaborate with both the client and internal business partners as needed to accomplish required tasks. Your analytical skills will be the key to your success.
Required Qualifications

  • Background in financial modeling/analysis
  • 3+ years work experience in underwriting, network provider relations, finance or analytics
  • SAS, SQL, GCP or Python experience
  • Intermediate-Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Highly analytical approach to work
  • Experience in quality control/checking your work

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in healthcare. pharmacy or PBM.
  • Strong organizational skills & time management
  • Effective problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Possess a desire to learn and grow through tackling new challenges
  • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
  • Experience with business intelligence
  • Adept at collaboration and teamwork
  • Innovative thinker who is not afraid to propose new ideas and alternative solutions to a problem
  • History of problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
  • Understanding of how a PBM works

Education

Bachelor's degree required. Prefer in one of the following areas:

  • Finance or Accounting
  • Computer Science
  • Information Technology

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $102,000.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
