Job Description:

Position Overview
Responsible for selling Broadcom’s infrastructure software portfolio and services directly and through the channel ecosystem to end-user customers across an assigned geography (Ohio and Michigan territory). Represents Broadcom to the customer and advocates for customer needs in all sales-oriented activities.
Key Responsibilities

  • Drive direct and channel-partner sales for infrastructure software and services within the assigned region.
  • Act as the primary company representative to key client accounts while serving as the customer advocate internally.
  • Lead cross-functional virtual teams—including technical, financial, and legal resources—to close complex opportunities.
  • Engage and collaborate with multiple Business Unit (BU) teams to build integrated customer solutions and proposals.
  • Perform financial analysis and manage contract terms throughout the sales lifecycle, requiring strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure software sales.
  • Specific domain expertise in enterprise security solutions.
  • Demonstrated track record of selling both directly to end-users and through channel partners.
  • Strong prospecting, business development, and pipeline generation skills.
  • Proven leadership ability in directing cross-functional virtual teams.
  • Solid understanding of financial analysis and commercial contracts.

Compensation and Benefits


The On Target Earnings (OTE) range for this position is USD 178,300.00 To USD 285,300.00

OTE includes Sales Incentive Commission in accordance with relevant plan documents and salary. In addition, as a valued member of our team, you'll be eligible to receive a competitive new hire equity grant and annual equity awards, directly connecting your success to the company's growth. All subject to relevant plan documents and award agreements.
