What Makes You a Great Fit
In this role, you'll lead our platform's evolution from Salesforce to our modern TypeScript/AWS Global Work Platform (GWP), making strategic decisions about what functionality belongs where and designing the integration patterns between them. You'll work directly with our engineering leadership to define integration patterns, mentor teams on best practices, and create clear migration strategies that maintain business continuity while reducing Salesforce dependencies. You'll have deep Salesforce development experience AND strong modern stack expertise (TypeScript, AWS). You've lived through the challenges of over-customizing Salesforce and can guide teams toward better architectural decisions.
How You'll Make an Impact:
Technical Leadership
- Design and oversee the technical architecture for Salesforce-GWP integration
- Establish architectural patterns and best practices
- Guide technical decisions for platform migration initiatives
Solution Design & Implementation
- Create scalable and performant solutions for complex business requirements
- Design robust data models and security frameworks
- Develop integration patterns between Salesforce and internal systems
- Optimize system performance and scalability
Strategic Planning
- Lead technical strategy for platform evolution
- Create and maintain technical roadmaps
- Establish governance frameworks
- Guide architectural decisions across teams
Let's Connect If You:
- Strong integration architecture experience
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning, APIs
- 8+ years of Salesforce platform experience
- 3+ years in architectural roles
- Proficient in Salesforce and contemporary technology stacks, including TypeScript and AWS.
- Knowledgeable in working with RESTful services and Graph API.
- Capable of providing well-reasoned explanations for scenarios where Salesforce may not be the optimal solution.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and executing successful large scale migration projects.
- Adopt a pragmatic approach to architecture, prioritizing practical solutions over rigid methodologies.
